Formcase manufacturer warranty

Formcase provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on products. This can be optionally purchased through the Formcase warranty extension, which is available for an additional charge.

Warranty:

For all goods purchased from Formcase, in addition to claims under manufacturer’s warranties, there are additional rights under the statutory warranty in the Global Area, European Union and EU consumer protection laws.

Claims shall only exist in the event of defects that were already present at the time of transfer of the goods. The burden of proof to prove that a defect (including hidden defects) was already present at the time of acceptance of the goods shall pass to the customer after the expiry of 6 months from the transfer of the goods.

During the claim period (see above), consumers are entitled, among other things, to free repair or replacement if a product does not comply with the contract. Consumers can only make claims under the Consumer Protection Act against the retailer from whom a product was purchased.
